BLACK GINGER [schwarzer Ingwer]
Our black ginger, Kaempferia parviflora, was cultivated from seedlings found in the wild. It takes 9 months to mature, then the rhizome is sliced and processed in a low temperature food dehydrator to retain the product's original nutrients. This container contains 40 capsules, and the suggested dosage is two capsules every day for a week. One after breakfast and one a few hours before bed. It can be taken either before or after eating. If you notice heat, reduce the quantity of capsules. After two weeks, reduce your intake from one capsule per day to a few days once a week for healthy maintenance. The capsule is made of plant-based capsules with no fillers and just 100% black ginger powder.
