Growing up hating vegetables, especially the green ones, I end up with anaemic situation, well anyway I believe that is the reason. When I was a child I have never thought my eating habits will have its effect on me as an adult at all, until I have all sorts of problems like hormone imbalance, fatigue, and anaemic during pregnancy.

I was introduced to Beetroots recently and have done my research that these roots are highly nutritious, full of vitamins and minerals, such as potassium, sodium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C and B vitamins. 

I do not mix the beetroots anything because its earthy taste for me is better to drink it with water alone. What I like about the beetroots it is also good to take after my yoga practice or any other work out routines. It brings back the life in me, after a hard work out, and often helps me overcome my tiredness as beetroot increase red blood cell count, which helps with the oxygen to flow into the brain, and regain my focus and steadiness.
