This honey is collected together with a family of honey hunter in an island in Terengganu, a beautiful, remote and scenic area where abundance of wild plants, herbs and animals roam freely.
The honey was collected is limited due to the geographic which is surrounded by water and far from land transportation. The journey is also require walking up a bit of a hill and going down with heavy honey made the journey is not an easy one.
The honey taste sweet with a hint of sourness and yellow-ish colour. It has a thin texture and a pleasant aroma. A slight pungeont taste at the last bit when swallowing.
The propolis taste sour and the comb is soft and fresh. Propolis tualang is rare and not available commercially because the nature of the honey is not abundant or the production can not be managed by human.
